I followed an online tutorial for this project because I thought it was really cool how 3D printing was being used. It was my first time using 3D-printed parts as molds to pour other materials, and it got me excited to try it out myself. I ended up building a custom Bluetooth speaker from scratch, which was also my first big hands-on project with soldering, wiring, and electronics.
Through the process, I learned a lot about how speakers actually work—like how a voltage converter can cause electronic noise that affects sound quality. I also picked up a ton of practical skills in soldering, wire management, and troubleshooting (most of which I learned from failed attempts).
The end result was a compact Bluetooth speaker that worked and sounded great, and the whole experience gave me confidence with electronics while sparking my interest in audio engineering.
